Oops, Sorry. What a poophead. I should have verified it first. If you left 

click hold and drag, right at the point inside of the gradient window, you will 

duplicate the swatch. This worked in 2 and in 3 as well. I came upon it by 

accident when I was working in version 2. It comes in so handy, I use it all 

the time.

I would imagine that it would work with a Mac too. I just don't know how, Is a 

mac button like a left click?
