Have movie_one go to a frame labeled "park" that contains the frame action
Stop and no other elements (put a keyframe there for each layer and
delete whatever's in the keyframe). That makes it transparent. Put a Stop
frame action in a keyframe at the end of movie_two and all should work fine.
