Is this a brower >specific issue? (I viewed the site with Netscape 4.0 and IE 4.0 and didn't >have any problems.) I tested in in Netscape 4.0 on Win95 - No problems, I got a "close" box on the top of the window. The window does not take up the full screen. I tested on IE 4.0 on Win95 - Problems, I get only a scroll bar on the right hand side of the screen and the whole screen is filled up. I've added the active desktop enhancements that came with the latest version of IE 4.0. This may be the culprit that's causing the behavior.
