I can confirm this as well.
I don't have the exact same steps to re-create, but it sounds like the same
situation.
On my box, which is a Compaq running NT4.0, i was making a button...
at some point i clicked on it and *boom* the entire app vanished.
Other times the app would lock; i would try to shut down with TaskManager and
would get a dialogue box stating the app could not be shut down/turn off
de-bugging;
i would be forced to kill the process (the .dll process, which would have the
processor
pinned while it clicked away the CPU timeclock).
