This may be a bit redundant, but you already have one of the best graphic
editors for the web: Paintshop pro. The problem seems to be that you haven't
worked with it long enough. Here are some bookmarks that might help you out

The majority of these tips are for psp 4 but probably work for version 5 as
well. Imo, this is the best web graphic editor out there to learn, and if you
ever get your hands on almighty Photoshop your transition will be almost
seamless. Hope this helps.
