Flash disappearing again

anyone know why a Flash 3 piece on the web would be invisible and yet

still plsy it'd sounds.


its at http://www.isluk.com/menu.htm and the person that can't see it is

on IE4 on WinNT4


I can see it in Netscape and someone else in the Office can see it in

IE3, but the person who can't see it is my boss :( 


this seems to keep happening and I haven't got a clue why, I know all

about the problems with certain video cards but none of those known

issues apply here. Anyone got even the slightest clue as to what is

going down here...
