Havn't seen one, but I know it's possible. A friend of mine built a
chalkboard type of Shockwave game, and that let the user draw over the
image that he had in the background. And I know there are several xtras for
taking screen shots and saving that file. NetLingo will let yo save the
file back to the server. You'd want to investigate FileIO gor this too.
