Movie Clip INSIDE a movie?

Hi guys,

	Simple minds form simple questions (I hope).

I have a movie which consists of an animated logo near the top of the screen

and a navagation panel set up near the bottom.  What would be nice is if I

could embed movie clips in the center of the screen in the empty areas which

would be controlled by the buttons at the bottom.  If this is possible,

could someone tell me how (in very exacting detail, as though you were

speaking to a child)?  :)

If it's been covered, I'm sorry.
