Is my MIME-TYPE not set correctly?

Could someone who knows what to look for check out

http://www.struxure.com/

and see if the MIME-TYPE is set or not.  I know I have the latest Shockwave

Plugin (I re-installed to make sure) but I get that stupid gray box with a

puzzle piece when I try to load the Index page which contains a Flash 3

movie.


What do I need to tell the tech support guys who admin the server?  Is there

a place on MM that describes how to set the MIME?
