Your signature on behalf of the above named company grants permission to NewMedia Magazine to include entries in all 1998 NewMedia INVISION Awards exhibits, publications and shows, and to release them for educational and publicity purposes.
Entry materials submitted become the property of NewMedia Magazine and cannot be returned. No exceptions.
 

Entry Fee

The entry fee is US $165 per entry. Personal/Group project entries are discounted to $45 per entry. Payment of fees must accompany all entries. With multiple entries, please send one check covering total entry fees. Make all checks and money orders payable to NewMedia INVISION Awards.
