Changing spinning Logo in right hand corner of IE and Netscape browsers...

I would like to know if there are directions for changing the Logo in

right hand corner of IE and Netscape browsers. I would like to use a swf

or export a .fla as an animated .gif and use that insteard of the

current browser logos. Anyone that might know how to do this, please let

me know!
