Flash Detection via Script

[Crash1035]

Is it possible to write a script that detects whether the browser has flash

installed on it,  and then direct the browser to the appropriate page?  I find

that people don't like downloading the plug-in,  and find the page where you

select shocked or not shocked to be a nuisance.
