Not exactly. This has alot to do with the computer processor, how much
animationyou have going on and what the fps is set at. I never bet on how a
sound will act
on the timeline. If I loop, the only real control I find is stoping the sound
with "stop
all sounds" or "stop" in sound editor.
The only way to really control outcome of sound in sinc with animation is using
"stream" which explodes the file size. Not to acctractive for designing for the
net.

If your trying to loop a beat or a sound that repeats in sinc. Toggle the
slider barsin the sound editor in FLash and keep hitting play to get the loop
in sinc. The gray
slider bars are between each channel (R&L).
