The MIME is not set on your server.

Your HTML code is still incorrect.
Unless a viewer has MSIE 3/4 Win 95/98/NT they won't be able to see your
Flash.
EMBED SRC="/vodani.swf" should be:
EMBED SRC="vodani.swf"
The / at the beginning refers to the root directory which is not where
your file is (or could be in your case).
