Flash3 for MacOS 8.0
PM 8500/64MB / 30MB RAM assigned to Flash3
I'm new to Flash3 and would appreciate any help that anyone could give me. The example Flash File is the introductory animation to an educational CD-ROM I'm am working on. I'm not concerned with the overall size of the file because it will be read directly off of a CD, but I am worried about the animation.
Issues:
1. When moving around and scaling images, the animation slows to an unnacceptable frame rate at a 640x480 size. Is there anyway to prevent this?
2. How do I prevent the degradation of the typeface at certain spots?
Check out the source file at:

Thank you in advance for any help given. Any constructive criticism would be appreciated and welcome.
