If you want it to look exactly like the original picture, you probably
should not trace it at all, since the tracing is going to be as large or
larger in file size as the original.

To get closer to the original, just use more points, many curves, and
tighter curves. It takes experimentation. Doctoring the image in Photoshop
first may help Flash trace it better -- for instance, you may need to
adjust levels (contrast) to get Flash to recognize the most important
aspects of the image. For much better control, try Adobe Streamline but be
prepared for a learning curve.
