FLASH: preload

In order to make a preloader, can someone tell me why this doesnt work:


I made a movie clip, with aprecent bar, every 5 frames it goes up by 10 

percent, so i put a stop action in every 5th frame.


I divied the total movie lenght to get 10% of it. Used 10 frames with If 

Frame loaded...Then a tell target (in the first 10 frames of the movie) on 

the movie clip to make it play everytime 10% of the total movie was loaded. 

But the loaded doesnt even come up when the movie was posted
