No it is not. In fact this file will show in a limited number of
situations as can be seen form the way the email was sent.

So what you are doing is sending a .swf file described as a mac-binhex40
file.
Care to guess why displaying this file is OS dependant ?

On a side note a quick recommendation. If your mail reader allows you to
view .swf files placed in an e-mail disable this feature at once as it
is a severe security risk.
