Nic,

Grab a cool one, sit down and take notes.
First. Do not post html formatted email to a list server.
Second. Your server is not configured to properly serve .swf files. The
mime type setting it's currently returning is text/plain.
Second. Flash is not designed to be used in the way you have used it.
You would be better off having published your content in html.
Third. Things that are a VeryBadIdea(tm) : Importing text into Flash as
a jpg file; Allowing Photoshop to place extra information in the jpg
file thus increasing it's size; Using jpg as a format to import images
into Flash;
Fourth. Things that are a BadIdea(tm) : Using FSCommands that are not
meant for online .swf files like Allow Scale. Using FSCommands that make
no sense like AllowScale (True) followed by AllowScale(False).

How to correct the errors :
Contact your webmaster and ask him to configure your server for Flash
mime type.
Redo the .swf file using a minimum amount of imported bitmapped art. Try
to restrict bitmapped elements only to the photos you think will benefit
your presentation, use vector based elements for the rest and most
definitely for text elements. The final size of your entry movie with
the content you have on it now should not exceed 20 to 50Kb.

Nigel
