FLASH: Does the import quicktime of flash 4 work or is it there for vanitypurposes?

I am trying to import QuickTime into flash 4.. I am sure its a one step

thing but I cant seem to get it right. Help does not specify what to do at

all.....


Also, I am searching for a neat text 2 speech synthesiser (that's free) to

do a personal project.... any ideas?
