WE'RE JULY 10, AND I STILL DON'T HAVE FLASH 4.


I'VE BEEN TRYING TO OBTAIN FLASH 4, AS AN "ORDINARY CLIENT",

EVER SINCE JUNE 19.


THE EXPLANATIONS ABOUT A CORRUPTED PREFERENCES FOLDER WERE EFFECTIVE.


BUT MARGARET HAS GONE ON HOLIDAYS AND HER COLLEAGUES DON'T REPLY...
