1) Make the word in the final form. Make its layer a guide layer (layer
properties).
2) For each letter, make a new layer above the last one, type in the letter
and align it to the word in the guide layer.
3) For each of these letters, add a keyframe farther down the timeline
(same distance for every layer).
4) In each layer, go back to the initial keyframe and position the letter
where you want it to start.
5) Create motion tweens in each layer, adding rotation to the tween
properties if that is what you want. You might also want to add motion
guides for some of the letters if they should travel in a curved path.
