I just tried colins example for this in IE 5 and got the same thing.
I had to go into explorer and delete the flash and shockwave active x
files (right click and remove) and then go there again . . .
perhaps i had an earlier version of the plugin??
any one know?

I'm not having any luck with IE5 detecting Flash 4 with your "try it
out"
link. NN4.61 and NN3.04, however, work fine. In IE5 with Flash 4
installed
it says to upgrade and when I upgrade it still tells me to upgrade.
