Do you have a "go to" action with your  "if frame is loaded"?

If not, that could be why it's not making the jump

After choosing test movie, if you go to "view", you will see a selection

called

"bandwidth profiler".  Make sure it's checked, and that will give you a

graphical

view of your swf.  Go to Control and you will be able to choose modem

speeds as

well as "show streaming" to test streaming.
