i heard this on another mailing list too about 3 weeks ago..


the long and short is that yahoo/geocities/tripod/ whatever

all now seem to have in their agreement that they have a

nonexclusive right to ownership of anything you upload to

them. Anything. They are free to market it, make a copy from

it, use the idea in something else etc. Quite a few kicked
