For the Mac, it is done during the CD burning process if you are
using the program Toast. Probably over 99% of mac users use Toast.
In Toast, you simply select the application you want to run when the
CD is inserted. The only consideration about the Mac autostart is
that many mac users have this function turned off due to the
semi-recent Autostart Virus. FYI - Mac users have control over this
in the Quicktime settings control panel....
