FLASH: Preloader not preloading

The preloader for the above movie sticks and will not load the main movie

about 70% of the time (for me).  The rest of the time it works fine.  Can

some one better than I at FLASH take a look and tellme what is wrong?  I

can provide the .FLA for inspection if nessessary.
