Hi all,

Actually Best has been available since Future Splash.
But it was not properly documented until Flash 4.

High always anti-aliases text and vectors.
Best always anti-aliases plus bitmaps are always smoothed (unless turned
off individually in the Library).

There is no difference between best and high if there are no bitmaps in
the animation.

In High, Flash switches bitmap smoothing on and off depending on whether
or not there is animation. Even, if all bitmaps are set with smoothing
off, it is possible that bitmaps will change position slightly when
Flash changes this bitmap state. Best keeps bitmaps smoothed all the
time so this may fix these bitmap shifts some report.
