On a Mac you can run as many different browsers with different plug-in sets
as you like, I just put them in different folders, and have them listed in
my launcher, click and go. Windows doesn't work like that, personally I have
2 windows boxes at home with different browsers and others at several
employees/partners/friends homes, also with connections ranging from 28.8 to
DSL/Cable and T1, and in my development lab we have NT and Win98SE boxes as
well as MacOS 8.x and 9.x.

I'd highly recommend any Windows single box developer get a Mac if for no
other reason than you can run various versions of Windows with different
browser sets on each, on different partitions or external drives using
Virtual PC.
