Geez I could crank out movies like that what do you suppose that paid? Scaling stills and some text fades? Sign me up, 1 a day. boom

I didn't make this site or anything, I just noticed that something is
horribly wrong with it. I was wondering if anyone knew or had a guess what
is wrong with it, though. I've visited several times today, from both PC
(WinNT and 98SE) and Mac(OS9), and it has caused a severe, progressive
system slowdown eventually needing to force quit the browser in order to
keep working on the computer. It starts off very nicely, loads pretty fast
and all, but if you keep it up for more than about 5 minutes (I was writing
an epinions review of the movie) it starts to slow down and eventually the
browser just freezes. I think it might be loading movie after movie without
unloading anything? There are lots of sound files, so maybe it is just
filling up the C drive on the windows machines, but the same thing happens
on my Mac with virtual memory off and 1+ GB free on the drive.

I'm asking because I'd like see more sites like this using flash, and I'd
love to design some, however I sure don't want to replicate whatever is
wrong with this site.

I've heard that just about anybody with Flash can claim to be a developer
and make big bucks in Hollywood doing movie sites, maybe this is an example
of what can go wrong with inexperienced folks using the program?

Thanks!
