There are two ways.
1. directly load the swf without a html page (bad because you have no
control over playback parameters)
2. use the margin parameter within the "BODY" tag
<BODY bgcolor="#FFFFFF" topmargin="0" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0"
leftmargin="0">

dont forget to go to "publish setting > HTML" and set alignment, scale etc.
the way you want it to be.
