Get yourself a (free) account at xoom.com. they seem to have a radical
bandwith limiting on http connections - at least from germany they are
superslow.
FTP speed is ok. It's always good to check your movies in the "real world".
Don't forget to delete your stuff after the testing they have some strange
things in their terms of service regarding copyright etc.
