Paul,

Use the "get URL" action and in the url box put "testattest [dot] com (mailto:testattest [dot] com)"
ex:

On (Release)
Get URL ("testattest [dot] com (mailto:testattest [dot] com)")
End On

and yes it will work in the player as well.
