Helen & Jeffrey,
I think it's somewhere in between the first and second post. When
concatenating you don't want to multiply m by 1000000 or t by 1000 or
you'll get something like 3000000,256000,123 instead of 3,256,123 (but the
final part of the concatenation where you're getting the hundreds seems
correct).
May need to add some if statement(s) that would take into account a number
like 1,001,001 so it would fill in the leading zeros in the hundreds and
thousands fields. Something like IF t < 100, t = "0" & t.
Again, haven't actually tried it, but this might get you going in the right
direction.
