Sorry about that, I missed that little word at the end that said to SWF format.

However, do they need to be in different swf's? You rename them all to numbers
(using dos or someother utility), then import them into flash because they are a
series of numbers, they will all be imported into the one swf. Hope this helps
somewhat, as I don't know what else to suggest.
