Sounds like a great utility. Does hosting and allowing downloads mean
providing a place for the html/swf, a cgi-bin for the perl script, and
an eventual zip file link? If so, I'd be glad to put it at i-technica
if you don't find a better. NT server, perl path is #!/usr/bin/perl.
