You can do a few things to reduce your size, one is to make one balloon and
use Xpos and Ypos to move them about. One biggy is as we all know is Tell
target and tell target some more. I would take the sound loop into Sound
forge and sample it down a bit maybe, as well as use stream line to minimize
your bit maps if your using some. Also masks make a movie HUGE. Use alpha
and tinting tricks to gather the same effect.

Great work though keep it up!
