This reminds me of some of the law firm sites I did.
Superb first site !!!!!!!!!!
Critique:
Watch your 'hot spots' on your buttons. Some letters are sticking out of the
hot spot and it's hard to hit 'em.
Maybe make the HLAM link a popup so that when you return to the main site it
doesn't take ya back to the intro again. ;-)
Advanced:
As you progress, think of making you popup menu text fade it and out on
mouseOver.
Smooth out the link enlargement process.
Other than that......very good !!!!!!!!!!

This is my first Flash site and I work in the City so has to be quite toned
down - to say the least!
Am really confused about loading pages as the site is created on several
scenes so do not know whether to put the pre-loader on a separate scene or
in the first 'Splash' scene, also can't really check that here as we have an
internet connection that is like the speed of light!
Can anyone help?
