Yes it does it is what i was thinking as a solution but i would have liked
it if it could have been done somehow else. Well i have done what you told
me but with the same result..

While I doubt it will work, make sure the Flash piece is not Direct to Stage
and
make sure the QT piece IS Direct to Stage in their respective properties
dialog.
For best results, come up with a design where your Flash and QuickTime
movies
never overlap. Or, export your Flash movie, with the QT movie in it as a QT
movie and then bring that QT movie into Director.
