Another important note is that if you have movie clips anywhere, make sure

you change their behavior to "graphic", otherwise they won't show up

animated on your exported sequence.  And, be wary of your title safety and

Simple answer to this question is to make sure the file is 30fps (for Drop

Frame) and then export a pict sequence, run it through a filter (although

you can do this in the avid or on-line room) and then import the pict

sequence in the avid or M100 or even After effects. Oh and make sure the

movie size is 640x480 or 720x480, whichever you need.
