Just to confirm, yes, misappropriation of the goods of others is a very big
deal. Macromedia Inc does protect its assets.
I'd rather see everyone happy, and healthy, and doing well in their chosen
work. Doing things that hurt other people puts that in jeopardy.
(It sounds like someone else has already followed through on this, so as
far as I'm concerned this thread is over, no harm done.)
And just to confirm, sure, feel free to talk about the limited SneakPeeks
that have been shown at FlashForward and WebWorld, and please do
*definitely* talk about what you _want_ in future versions... folks on the
devteam need your wishes in order to better tune the tool to your needs!
There's a line drawn at the breaking of contracts, though, whether of a
broken non-disclosure agreement, the distribution of misappropriated
property, things like that.
The Flash development team has been hard at work pretty much since the day
Flash 4 shipped. It's still a bit early to get concrete about the exact
nature of that work (some of the articles have been noticeably offbase),
but folks who are creating the next version definitely want you to evaluate
the real thing for yourself, as soon as practically possible, please do be
assured of that!
