Subject: FLASH: screen resolution and portfolio examples (was)

i really like the textwork in michael marcinelli's site...the only
thing that bothers me is something that has bothered me for awhile
now...on my screen, the page is cut off right in the middle of the
"click thumbnail for screenshots"

my screen resolution is 800x600. is there a way to design for
particular screen sizes and resolutions? should one always keep to a
"short" height, say like 500, when designing? in the above example,
michael's "about" window gets chopped off in the middle as well.

this is not a criticism of your site michael...which is extremely
impressive. a comment i might make about the site is that it is a
bit complicated, but everything works well and the information is all
there...

i'd really be interested in peoples comments about screen resolution
though. not everyone has a 17" or larger screen. just as well, if
you make something too small, it will be illegible on very small
screens. should one create for an average size screen?

best future,
john
