FLASH: windows scroll bar?

Does anyone know how to make a standard Windows type of scroll bar in Flash?

I need it to react the same way.. so when you hold the mouse button down on

the down arrow or up arrow, the text/graphics scroll down or up.  I also

need the box inside the scroll bar to be draggable like the Windows scroll

bar..


I have created a very crude version, but it only works when you click on the

button, it doesnt scroll when you hold down the mouse.


Thanks in advance if anyone knows how..
