I joined this list for support in developing Flash applications.
I respect and admire the work that Macromedia has done developing
the application. I do however implore you to stop posting your threats
on the list. They only encourage the people you are trying to dissuade
(in my opinion). Can't you just forward their names to your legal
department and leave it at that? Let this community enforce its own
standard. Afterall, as a group, we seem to be doing a fine job of that
ourselves. Just look at the posts from people responding to ethical and
legal infringements of Macromedia's rights. You don't hear them saying,
"Oh, tell me more about Flash 5." ENOUGH.
