Yep, in IE if you set security to medium-low or above, unsigned ActiveX
controls will not be downloaded.

We have a client that has bits of Flash embedded throughout their website
(www.jawstech.com). Apparently, with higher security settings in IE and
Netscape, they get an error message. I haven't talked to them directly about
this yet but was wondering if anyone has come across this? The guy at the
company seems to think that we need to put a signed tag into the coding to
fix this?
