But Microsoft's beta is not organized, where on Microsofts site do you log a
bug or search for known bugs? When you open it up to the everyone you have
the problem of engineering trying to reproduce nonexist bugs, incomplete
steps or user error. Look through a lot of the posts here of people asking
for help. They send in incomplete descriptions that is if we're lucky, some
don't even give detail. Now multiply that on a global scale and assign an
engineer and a QA person to each one of these and you eat up your resources
and you'd probably burn out a good software engineer very quickly.
