Subject: FLASH: Please help with loading movies

Hello!

I need some help with loading movies into levels, movie parking and setting
up preloaders for separate movies.

Here's the scenario:

I'm putting together a simple interface that I want to use the load/unload
on 3 separate SWF's. All movies are the same size with the same background,
so I was planning loading them into different levels...and keep the same
background on _level0 in the main timeline. In level_0 (the main movie),
I'll have 3 buttons that call the different SWF's to load. Simple enough?
Well, I don't want the movie's to layer over each other nor replace each
other... so I'm assuming that I need to park the movies individually on
different frames... Plus, I also need to pre-load each movie.

My questions:

I have a pretty good understanding of how to do all of the features listed
above... just not together. Would I need to setup a preloader within each
SWF... or is there a way to just have one preloader on the main timeline
that works for all three? How would this affect the load/unload movie
command?
I'm assuming there is an easy way to put all this together but not sure how
to go about doing it. Maybe.... setup the main timeline with 4 frames, with
the first frame containing the background.. the second frame containing the
preloader and finally, the last 3 frames is where the movies get loaded
into. Logically it seems the way to go.. but I'm not sure how to get an
external movie to load into a particular frame...nor setup the preloader to
check that the content is there. Am I making sense? It's probably harder to
explain than do! And please don't recommend setting up loading into movie
clips.. the way the content is structured, it won't be easy.

I'd appreciate any tips on putting this together.. or point me to a tutorial
that incorporates all of the elements I've described.

Thanks in advance!!!

Alan
