FLASH: frame problems

hi,

im having a bit of a problem w/ a flash movie in one frame, and an 

html page in another frame..

im just using the get url command, and targeting the window, but its 

not working on a pc.. (works fine on a mac) also, the button w/ the 

action is pretty imbedded.. its a load movie and then a couple of 

movie clips down.. i dont know if this is causing the problems, but 

it might be.. dunno.


so, is there any place i can get the lowdown on frames and flash... 

whats buggy, and the solutions???
