Subject: FLASH: post method in Get URL fails
From: Gangmeng Ji

Hi,

I am developing a simple Flash form to submit data. I intended to have the
browser in control of what is returned by the server (cgi). If I use get
method, it works fine. But this is not what I want since the form can get
big. I tried post method. I got this message "HTTP 400 - Bad Request" on
Netscape and IE.

If I haven't made myself clear, please try this url

http://linuxdev.meu.unimelb.edu.au/test/flash_form/Form_Simple.html

BTW, I searched the archive and Macromedia support technotes. It didn't help.

Regards
Gangmeng
