OK Peter,

I just found this email from you, and frankly at first felt somewhat
inclined toward bitchin' atcha *privately*, but I see that you are
still a member of the actionscripters list, so instead bitchin' (I
hate doin' that anyway :-) ), I offer you 2 things:

(1) Check out my most recent post to the ASers list (URL below):
especially consider the stuff about Kundalini; if you have no
understanding of Kundalini "crisis" (not the best word IMO but it's
the one that seems to be most commonly used), and, if you're actually
interested, then please either search up such terms via Google or
HotBot or something, or check out the book that I recommended. BTW
the title of the *first* edition of that book was *Kundalini:
Psychosis or Transcendence?*.

(2) In case yer *really* curious, my present Kundalini-rising
manifestations (a much better word than "symptoms" 'cuz it's *not* a
"disease") are:

(a) elevated internal body heat
(b) head feels pressurized
(c) elevated sensitivity to light
(d) elevated sensitivity to sound
(e) quite elevated emotional sensitivity

(E.g., lately I cry briefly several times a day, *not* due to sadness
but due to intense appreciation of the extreme beauty of life.
Certain TV shows are great for this too -- especially, for me, "Kung
Fu: The Legend Continues" (TNT, afternoons M-F).)

(f) little blisters spontaneously show up on my body (mostly my hands)
(g) rapid reorientation from "ego"-focused to "intuitive"-focused
(h) occasional extreme back pain

I could go on a bit but maybe by now you have some of the gist of the
current deal with me.

Thanks Peter for this opportunity to clear up at least some of this
with you and perhaps with others who have had similar concerns.

Sincerely and with best wishes,

Kenny Sherwood

p.s. Peter and relevant others reading this, will you *please*
respond to the latest poll that I put up on the actionscripters site
http://www.egroups.com/group/actionscripters ? This poll is intended
to be my means by which to determine my future orientation toward the
group. Non-respondees will (obviously) have NO input toward the
choices that I will make. Thank you! Even "lurkers" have an option
designed specifically for them. I strongly desire this input from
*everyone* who cares to continue with this group. TIA. I'll give it a
few more days, then I'll make those decisions and go from there.
